⏱️ Up or Down? — How to play (and learn) | ClearPool Trading
⏱️ UP OR DOWN? — INSTRUCTIONS

How to play.
And what you learn by playing.

The quiz takes 30 seconds a day: one question, two answers, one verdict. But there's a method behind it — and by following it daily you learn to read levels, the judge and scenarios like a trader. These are the complete rules, worth keeping.

1. The fixed rules (never negotiable)

🅰️ = UP ▲ 🅱️ = DOWN ▼
  • The question is always the same: at the declared expiry, will price be ABOVE or BELOW the baseline?
  • Baseline = the exact price at the moment we publish the call. It's written in the post and on the image — no ambiguity.
  • Expiry = a precise time in UTC, declared in advance (usually 4 hours after the call). The verdict is measured there — not a minute before or after.
  • The verdict criterion is unambiguous: price above the baseline → 🅰️ wins. Price below → 🅱️ wins. No interpretations.
  • The convention never flips: A is always "up" (green), B is always "down" (red). Today, tomorrow, always.

2. How to play, step by step

Read the call

Every day we publish the quiz on Telegram and in the Facebook groups: annotated chart, baseline, judge zone, expiry and our own declared answer (yes, we put ourselves on the line too, before the bell).

Watch the judge, not just the price

The judge zone is the level that decides which scenario takes over. Ask yourself: is price respecting it or breaking it? That's the trader's question — and it's where the game becomes learning.

Vote A or B

On Telegram: two taps in the poll under the post. In the Facebook groups: drop an A or B in the comments — and if you add your reasoning, even better: winners get a mention in the verdict.

Wait for the verdict

At the declared time we publish the result with exact numbers: price at expiry, the low and the high along the way. If we got it wrong, you'll read it written just as clearly as the wins.

Compare your reasoning

The verdict also tells the "why": what the judge did, which targets were hit and when. Compare it with your own idea — that's where the real learning happens, one day at a time.

3. How to read the quiz image

Every call comes with an annotated chart (in English, the same for everyone). These are the fixed elements:

How to read the ClearPool quiz image: structure arrow, red resistance lines, orange judge zone, gold baseline, green supports and RSI note

A real quiz (#3) with every element pointed out: each call we publish uses exactly this layout.

— — GOLD LINE · BASELINE / CALLThe horizontal gold dashed line is the baseline; the vertical one marks the moment of the call. The gold box holds the question.
▮ ORANGE BAND · JUDGE ZONEThe price area doing the refereeing: above it scenario A gains strength, below it scenario B. It's the heart of the analysis.
— — RED LINES · RESISTANCE (R)The levels where sellers made themselves heard. R1, R2… in order of proximity. These are scenario A's targets.
— — GREEN LINES · SUPPORT (S)The levels defended by buyers. We also note how many times they held: a support tested ten times weighs more than an isolated spike.
→ WHITE ARROW · STRUCTUREThe session's key move (e.g. "lower highs all afternoon"): it tells you which way the market is leaning.
RSI · NOTE AT THE BOTTOMThe strength gauge: above 70 overbought, below 30 oversold, ~50 neutral. We only mention it when it's telling a story.

4. What you learn by playing every day

The baseline concept

Thinking "above or below a price at a precise time" is the essence of every trading decision: it trains you to reason in measurable scenarios, not feelings.

The judge level

You learn to isolate the ONE level that matters right now, instead of getting lost in five random lines drawn on a chart.

Alternative scenarios

Every call has a plan A and a plan B declared upfront. You train yourself to always ask: "and if the level doesn't hold, what then?"

The honesty of the record

The public tally of verdicts (wins AND losses) teaches you the hardest lesson: nobody calls it right every time — a method is judged on its numbers.

5. Our honesty rules

  • Our answer is declared in writing before the expiry, never in hindsight.
  • Wrong verdicts are published with the same prominence as the right ones, numbers in hand.
  • Targets hit after the bell are declared as such, never passed off as wins.
  • The historical record (e.g. "2 out of 3") is public and quoted in every verdict.
  • The quiz is not a signal to copy: it's an analysis with a deadline + a game. Trading decisions remain yours.
