ClearPool — Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

By creating an account or using ClearPool you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. ClearPool reserves the right to add, change or remove parts of these terms at any time; please check this page regularly.

1. Eligibility & local law

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in your country of residence. It is your responsibility to ensure that options trading is permitted in your jurisdiction; if it is not, you must not use the platform, and any consequences of non-compliance are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

2. Service location

All services offered on ClearPool are provided outside the United States and the EU. All customers must acknowledge and confirm that the services are provided to them in other locations.

3. One account per person

Each person may register only one ClearPool account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, the Company may ban all such accounts and open positions and retain any profits earned. Accounts may not be sold or transferred to others.

4. Accurate information & account security

You agree not to submit false information (name, address, telephone, etc.) and to inform us of any changes to your details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and should not log in from computers you do not normally use. Use of someone else's identity constitutes identity theft and fraud, and we reserve the right to block the account.

5. Identity & online verification

ClearPool may request identification documents or online verification at any time, including before authorizing a withdrawal. If you fail to complete a requested verification within the specified timeframe, the Company may terminate the agreement and ban the account. If documents are suspected to be fake, the Company reserves the right to cancel membership.

6. Prohibited activity

The use of automated trading software (bots/robots) is prohibited, and profits made through them will be eliminated. Martingale strategies are not permitted. Scalping, placing large or numerous orders in a very short time, or using irregular and unconventional methods is not accepted: in such cases the initial amount will be refunded, the related orders invalidated, and the account may be permanently blocked. Any abusive or fraudulent behavior may result in immediate termination of the agreement and a ban.

7. Pricing & order execution

Prices offered for currency pairs may differ slightly from those of other brokers, and ClearPool cannot guarantee price uniformity. When you press Call/Put there is a delay of roughly 1000–2000 ms while prices are compared on both the user side and the price provider side; this delay cannot currently be shortened and must be accepted. As a result, orders may open with a slight price change, either favorable or unfavorable. Placing an order does not necessarily mean it has been executed: if an error occurs or the connection between trader and broker is interrupted, the trade will be canceled.

8. Withdrawals

In accordance with anti-money-laundering rules, withdrawals must be requested using the same method used to deposit, and to an account registered under the same name as the ClearPool account holder. In special cases, at the financial team's discretion, a different method may be allowed if requested in advance via a support ticket. Withdrawals are reviewed manually and typically processed within 1–3 business days. If you have not received your funds after this period, please contact support.

9. Payment disputes & refunds

Traders who deposit via PayPal or cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) are not entitled to refund their lost funds. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter. In the event of a PayPal refund claim, the case will be referred to our legal counsel to be resolved, preferably amicably.

10. Right to refuse or delay

ClearPool reserves the right to refuse, delay, or request additional information for any withdrawal or account activity where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, multiple-account activity, or violation of these terms. If we detect fraud, software abuse, or system errors producing false trading results, the Company may immediately block the trading account.

11. Inactivity & account reopening

If an account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days it will be tagged as archived. To restore it afterwards, the client must first contact support and then open and verify a new account. Where an account has been closed by the Company, the client may not, directly or indirectly, register any new account. ClearPool reserves the right to refuse the reopening of a closed account in some cases.

12. General

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership for any applicant. For any matter not covered here, the Company will review and attempt to resolve it at its discretion, and clients are asked to respect that decision.

13. Changes & contact

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For any question, please contact us through the platform's support channels.
